Challenge
At a busy event every order has to travel from a guest’s idea to a machine and back to the right person, fast and without mistakes.
Off-the-shelf tills could not handle names, fonts, thread colours and placements, or tell a guest when their piece was ready to collect.

Solution
We built Nayims Live: event-branded kiosks, a till, a live production board and a collection screen, all running on one platform. It powered the kiosks at The Golf Open.
Raspberry Pi print stations print receipts and item tags, every order is tracked through production, and guests get an email the moment their piece is ready. Each event gets its own branding, products and wording.
