Challenge
Estimates, invoices, artwork and production lived across accounting software, spreadsheets and paper job sheets.
Every order was re-typed several times between systems, and nobody could see at a glance what was waiting on artwork, customer approval or the machines.

Solution
We built Nayim’s Hub: one web app for customers, estimates, invoices, credit notes, artwork, production and fulfilment, connected directly to the online shop.
Staff work from role-based stations on phones and tablets, a live production board shows every job in flight, and customers receive clear proofs and payment links by email.
