Challenge
Big crowds, a week-long event and a premium brand that had to feel right on every screen.
Spectators needed to design their piece in seconds, see exactly what would be stitched, and come back later to collect it without queuing twice.

Solution
We themed the kiosk in the event’s own look, with its typography, imagery and colours, and a simple flow from details to design to confirmation.
Orders went straight to the embroidery machines with a ticket number, and guests collected their caps and towels using that number later in the day.
